Shipping Policies

• $6.99 for orders under $20 (does not include thread orders)
• $19.99 for orders $20 to $199
• Free shipping on orders over $200
• Free in-store pickup

Small orders (under 500g) are usually shipped with Canada Post letter mail, without a tracking number. They should arrive 2-9 business days after shipping.

Large orders will ship with Canada Post, with a tracking number, and should arrive 2-7 business days after shipping.

Canadian orders over $200 ship for free! For shipping charges over $40, additional shipping charges will be billed separately.

If you need your order really quickly, let us know and we will expedite it for an additional charge.

Orders typically ship within two to three business days. Orders are shipped Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Orders can only be changed or combined if we are notified within 1 hour of the original order.

 

Class Policies

Payment is due upon registration for a class. Spots in classes are available on first-come basis. If seats fill, we can start a waiting list and notify you if a spot becomes available.

Class fees are not refundable. If you are unable to make it to your class, you’re welcome to have a friend attend ALL the sessions in your place, if you notify us ahead of time. If you can’t make it to a single class session, please let us know so we don’t wait for you to start the class.

Sometimes we need to cancel classes. If we cancel a class, we will notify you and refund your class fee.

Sewing machines are available for you to use, free of charge if you like. We have 6 machines available for use. If you would like to bring your own machine you are welcome to do so.

Different materials and supplies are needed for each class. We will send you a list of materials and tools to bring to the class prior to the class start. Please come prepared so that you can follow along with the rest of the class and make good progress on your project.
